Successful Ways To Weight Loss
Some people try nearly every kind of new dieting idea that
comes along hoping that one of them would finally work but end
up finding it hard to stick to the diet and instead of finding
the miracle, they end up consistently failing to lose the
weight.
Obviously, these people fail to understand what prevents them
from losing weight as they tend to overlook their own mistakes.
The human brain displays a remarkable ability of ignoring the
things it does not want to face, it's not hard to understand why
some people eat all manner of things and still claim they
haven't touched anything but salad for a whole week.
If you don't want to become one of these people then don't
worry there are ways around these problems if you just stick to
some pointers then you should be fine.

Pets

Be Patient Introducing Pets To New Ones
Many animals are territorial and may take time to adjust to a new pet, while others insticts maybe harmful to the other. Patience and protective observation are important in the early stages of the adjustment period especially with different species of animals. You may wish to confine one pet to one room until they seem comfortable with the other pet.
Planet
Toxic Free Pest Control
Pesticides put toxins in the air and earth. They are some of the worst toxins known to man. Pesticides were developed when creating biological weapons to kill people. Rather than pollute the air we breathe and soil we grow foods utilize natural alternatives. One natural pesticide alternative is Citronella oil candles. These candles are natural and repel many insects such as mosquitos and flies.

Prevention is key

Eight out of 10 adults will experience disabling back pain at one point in their lives. It is a serious health problem, which often goes untreated ¬and it can often be avoided by giving your back the attention it deserves.
One of the reasons back pain is so common is that it can be the result of many different factors such as:
• Work-related injuries
• Sports injuries
• Poor posture and sleeping habits
• Stress
• Car accidents
• Improper lifting
Any of these conditions can cause your spine to shift from its normal position or affect your range of motion. This puts pressure on the joints, muscles and nerves in that area, and is what causes most back pain. About 90% of back pain arises from mechanical or functional problems in the spine and related tissues, not bone fracture or pathology..click here to read more!
Anti-Oxidant Enzymes: Your First Line Of Defence Against Free Radicals

Anti-oxidant enzymes are the body’s first line of defence in the battle against the premature ageing effects of free radicals.
Free radicals are a normal and natural by-product of the energy producing biochemical reactions in the mitochondria of each and every cell in the body. Like other waste products, however, free radicals can cause problems if they’re produced in excessive quantities which cannot be safely disposed of. In the case of excessive free radicals, the problems caused are damage to the very cells and molecules of the body; damage which spreads rapidly through chain reactions as the damaged cells and molecules themselves become free radicals. Left unchecked, these chain reactions can accelerate the process of ageing within the body and even contribute to the development of the characteristic diseases of degeneration - heart and circulatory problems, age-related cognitive and visual impairment, and even cancer.

Earth Day, History, Tips, Links & Information
Earth Day is the name given to two different annual observances that are intended to raise awareness about a wide range of environmental issues and problems, and to inspire people to take personal action to address them. Except for that general goal, the two events are unrelated, even though both were founded about a month apart in 1970 and both have gained wider acceptance and popularity ever since..

Healthy Thoughts

I am only one,
But still I am one.
I cannot do everything,
But still I can do something;
And because I cannot do everything
I will not refuse to do the something that I can do.

Dr. Ferrel's profile
Question:What is a food journal and how can it be used to benefit health?
Answer: A food journal is a chronological record of eating associated events
and conditions with observed responses and other associated results.
The journal construction depends on the situation and intention. If one
suspects a cause and affect relationship between how someone they are
journaling feels or behaves in relationship to their diet, the journal helps
to clarify this by analysis. For example, in an asthmatic or atophic child
(has tendency for asthma, atopic dermatitis, or hay fever symptoms), it's a
must to perform a food journal based analysis. Food allergy testing, by
blood or skin tests, is far from accurate, either in specificity or
sensitivity. Observations by an educated parent or journalist using a food
journal can more easily, safely, inexpensively, and accurately uncover food
allergies in this child. There are over 170 foods that have been documented
to cause allergic reactions. These reactions can manifest in anything from...Click here for the full story.
