Be Patient Introducing Pets To New Ones
Many animals are territorial and may take time to adjust to a new pet, while others insticts maybe harmful to the other. Patience and protective observation are important in the early stages of the adjustment period especially with different species of animals. You may wish to confine one pet to one room until they seem comfortable with the other pet.

Rather than pollute the air we breathe and soil we grow foods utilize natural alternatives. One natural pesticide alternative is Citronella oil candles. These candles are natural and repel many insects such as mosquitos and flies.
Braised Kale With Caramelized Onions
8 cups torn and stemmed kale pieces, firmly packed
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cups thinly sliced onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 cups vegetable stock
1 tsp. cider vinegar
In 2 batches, blanch the kale for 2 minutes in a 6- to 8-quart pot of boiling salted water. Transfer with tongs to a colander and drain well.
•Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes and cook until the onions are golden brown, stirring frequently.

Recommendations to a healthier you*
Drink 1/3 of a gallon of pure distilled water a day.
Drink 1/4 of a gallon of pure fresh juice a day.
Eat more live foods.
Elimination: You should go #2 three times a day.
Start walking and breathe more.
Exercise more (every day for one hour)
Hot and cold showers.
Wear more cotton and other natural fibers like wool and hemp.
