Go Organic!

It’s the trend of the world to go organic. There are many however who do not know the literal meaning of the term organic. In plain simple words, the term organic food is the food which is natural and does not need any kind of pesticides to grow or even preservatives.

These kinds needn’t always be home grown; they can be bought from stores. These items do not have any artificial coloring of any sorts. Many nutrition experts say that organic food is more nutritious. While buying organic food, special care needs to be taken to good quality, taste, selection of crop varieties etc.

As research shows, organic foods contain compounds know as phenolic which protect us from developing high rated diseases like cancer or heart problems.

It is said that organic food items guarantee high quality which usually other food items are unsure of. These kinds of food items are fresh, natural and have an immensely good taste. Yes it is true that organic food is very expensive in the market, but if one gets a healthy body it is better to shell out some money. Let us take an example. If we use a low quality, less expensive fuel, will it not spoil the engine quickly? Along with that, we end up paying much more for the service of the car. If you use a good quality fuel, it saves a lot of trouble.

Everyone feel the food they eat is clean. In reality it is not. There are so many pesticides and insecticides which are added to our food items. Our so call clean food is full of chemicals. We spend little assuming that we are having clean food, on the other hand, shun away organic food as it is expensive. Is all this worth it?

We spend lavishly on clothes and junk food, partying with friends, or going for a movie. Then why not save and spend that money to buy some nutritious organic food? It’s worth a thought.

Most of the non vegetarian food, like beef etc, has about 1000 chemicals added to it. Many animals are given corn and fed grain. This is commercially not viable to they are given other chemicals to increase the fat. Organic food is said to have a lot of proteins and vitamins. Say if grass is fed to a cow and that is organic then its better to have that.

Getting into the fact sheets, there are so many industries which are present at the banks of several lakes and rivers. Many fish and other sea creatures inhale and swallow the poisonous chemicals. These eventually are caught and sold, unknown to the buyer that its hazardous to their lives as well. Is it not safer if we spend a little more and get good organic food which is good for not just us, but people around?

Encourage people around you to have organic food. Its all a word of mouth!

Therefore, kindly head your route towards healthy life, by having organic foods.
