I am into meditation since i was sixteen years old. I am engaged in taichi and taoist energy conservation practices. I am a triathlete and a martial artist. I am active in environmental education as well as social movements. I am a teacher of social anthropology at the University of the Philippines and have a masters degree in social and development studies. I am also engaged in publications and writing. I am passionate about making a difference for a better world. I know that my life would someday end so i want to make the best use of my borrowed time by being a friend and engaging in valuable causes.

I am engaged in meditation, environment, social movements, sports, taichi...I find taoism appealing to me. I like to make a difference for a better world. I am especially enamored by the greek idea of comprehensively training the body, emotions, mind and spirit for total wellness but i would add a global dimension to this.
