Learning about new things, playing the few chords I know on my guitar, learning new chords, reading. Just discovered kettlebell training ... wow, what a workout!

City of God, V for Vendetta (if only more people saw it), Bruce Lee films, Jet Li films, Lost in Translation, Alien (the first one), Ong Bak (amazing stunts), Kung Fu Hustle (very funny), World Cinema (except Bollywood), Pirates of the Caribbean (Depp at his best, maybe), Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (totally crazy!!), Salvador (took a lot of guts for Oliver Stone et al to make this!!), Blow, A Scanner Darkly, Sin City, Fast Food Nation, 1984 (essential viewing for our times), The Descent, Children of Men, The Notebook (love story, guessed the twist early on but a nice tale),

A little bit of everything. System of a Down, Moorcheeba, The Cult, Faith No More, Katie Melua, Amy Winehouse, Elvis, Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie, Oasis, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, The Pixies, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Tranquil Music (birdsong, ocean sounds etc), Classical guitar, Hoobastank, Barenaked Ladies, Mozart, Ecuadoran music

Jack Kerouac (anything by, especially On the Road),
Biographical, Marley and Me (funny and sad), George Orwell 1984 (frighteningly like our world today), Anais Nin, A Safe Place (Lorenzo Carcaterra), Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (inspired, very funny), The Bruce Lee Library, Unpeople (Mark Curtis), "How to" books,

Wildlife, Reading, Gadgets, Healthy Food, Good conversation, laughing, dreaming, keeping fit, functional fitness, Alternative Media, going "on the road" in my van, learning new stuff, Relaxing (but not sure how to do this yet)

Animal cruelty, Corrupt politicians (99% of 'em), Spin Doctors, Wars, Big Pharma, Junk Food (99% of the time), tailgaters, bullshit (unless organic), Speed cameras (cash generators), ID card system (beware)

I live and work as a self employed courier in Bournemouth, a town on the south coast of the UK. Actually, it's just outside town in the middle of a little forest. I am either sitting at home tapping the keyboard of my computer working on my website www.healthandwellnessportal.co.uk or driving my van for a freight forwarding company etc.

I always try to learn new things and usually have between 3 or 4 books open at a time. Actually, I probably end up confusing myself most of the time ;) I believe most people can be much healthier and happier by improving diet and lifestyle etc and steering clear of junk and pharmaceutical drugs etc. Like everyone else, I do have my own challenges. With me it's stress and fatigue. Stress is hard to knock on the head completely but I understand it's a natural part of life anyway. The fatigue is probably due to a mineral deficiency and the fact that I had colitis in the past. No other symptoms for many many years though, which is great!!

Well, that's it I guess. The rest is even more boring!!
