I am into just about everything- from camping, rock climbing, long boarding, skiing, snowboarding, boogie boarding, windsurfing, wakeboarding, hiking with my HUGE Alaskan Malamute Wolf, rafting provo river, giving and reciving massages and energy healing, Hot Lava Stone Massage, yoga, long luxerious bubble baths, dancing with the girls ;), and having fun doing absolutely nothing!!

I love movies that will make me laugh... Even horror movies are hilarious to me!!! I love Quenton Terrantino's movies, as well as anything Will Ferrell, and Johnny Depp. They are my all time Fav's!!

My fav's are Reggae, World Music, and Jam Bands. I can appreciate almost every style of music, except for the fast twangy old school country... I love to dance, so anything that has a good beat that can keep my hips shakin' is a plus!!

I am currently reading 'Staying Healthy with the seasons' -a book from when I was in Massage school 4 years ago, but a good one to reference with the changing seasons. 'The 10th Insight, An Experinential Guide' -the third book in the Celestine Prophecy series. 'Love Without End' and 'The Feng Shui Life Planner'
