I just recently saw The Black Book, The Science of Sleep and The Seeker.

I love all music and so I go through phases however I think I like rock and alternative the most. My children are all musically inclined and play the best music. My boys also play in a really great Jazz band.

I am a non fiction kind of gal. I love reading about facts and science. I enjoy reading about world history and geology. I also love books about animals, art and cooking.

I do also like books about folklore and ancient legends as they pertain to history and a time when the imagination was more directly related to nature.

My children's laughter, ALL animals and especially the animals that I have rescued, swimming, the ocean, clouds that form pictures in my mind, my parents love for me and my life, sharing ponies with terminally ill children and visiting people in nursing homes, great ice tea, bubble gum, blowing bubbles, painting, drawing, dreaming, sculpting with recycled metal, welding, working with horses, riding horses, my hula hoop, concerts , parties, shopping, giving gifts, making things, camping on the beach and exploring nature, kind people, Japanese food, good wine and good friends, music of all kinds, singing to the radio, singing in the shower, laughing, making others laugh, crying from the epiphany of having lost someone that was worth so much and the appreciation of having known them, closure, my heritage, India, bugs, allergy medicine, love and compassion, thunder storms and the smell the monsoon brings, springtime animals busily preparing their nests and when the trees re bud to produce more fruit, growing vegetables and other plants, Ireland, the United States, outer space, other dimensions, imagination, open minds, feeling healthy and happy.

Feeling misunderstood or judged. Being abused by people who should protect and care about you. Big corporations. Jealousy and unhealthy amounts of control. When good friends die in freak accidents or by their own hand. Sickness, stress, greed, vanity or anything that is way out of balance to the point of being destructive. The way old people are mistreated and neglected in our society. Racism, liars, child abusers, any farms that mass produce meat products at the cost of treating the animals worse than we treat violent sex offenders and murderers in our prisons.
Milk because I am allergic to it and processed foods because they are gross. Learning how to let go and say goodbye. War.

I am a mother and I have 3 children who are my pride and joy. When I am not painting or writing or sculpting I am taking care of people, animals and my home. I make time to rescue animals and to share my gentle and beautiful ponies with terminally ill children and people in assisted living situations. I am going back to school this summer and will be working towards getting a degree in Radiology. I had worked in Aerospace for nearly 10 years as a Data Manager and Technical Writer and Executives Assistant. I have been a freelance Artist since I was 14. I really like funny people who know how to care.
