Dance(free and ceremonial), playing with colour(silk and other painting), ceremony, family fun, non-judgemental community, water in all it's forms. Scotty my husband. That moment when you see the shell crack around a person and the light pours in. People are impressive I like to observe them and admire their courage in living their lives. The love in a dog's eyes. The softness of my cat.I could go on and on....

Dithering

I am a natural therapist, I teach massage, meditation, healing and encourage ceremony, dance and sound work. I have learned a great deal from Beautifull Painted Arrow/Joseph Rael. We have a Peace/Sound chamber in the garden for individual and group sound and meditation work and attend and organise the life/spirit dances in Scotland, Sun/Moon Dance, Drum Dance and Long Dance of Joseph's teachings.
I am vegetarian and a veg grower... when the sheep don't eat my garden.I am also quite lazy when I have the time, quite telepathic and psychic and use this mostly in the absent healing work.
