If we can all learn about the things we have in common, and be open to experience new things as well, then we can be like a Comanche friend of mine, Jeff Walton of Tahlequah, OK, who describes his tribe's spiritual practice by saying that, "Whenever there are two Comanches together there are three spiritual practices: One for each of us, and the one we create to share between us." This is true spiritual freedom.

War and strife. It took a while in this life for me to realize that when I attack others then I am actually attacking myself as well. It's so much more fun to love others, and thereby to love myself as well.

A part of this has involved supporting the US Border Patrol by running search and rescue operations on the New Mexico border with Old Mexico, helping people on both sides to live better lives, doing Death-walking rituals for the people who died coming into this country, being a voice of moderation in the Minuteman Movement (which made both sides hate and respect me equally) and carrying no fire arms in the process. People carry guns because of their fear.
