Blog Entry: If one considers the chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang, one might consider evil as a necessary part of the good. On the other hand, good can be considered as some good that exceeded its goodness and turned sour. But the point of change is to side with the good and changing forces. To recognize the Wheel does not mean to be free from it and celebrate evil at par with good but to side with the new and novel goodness arising from the decaying former good which is now considered bad. These days of the darkening of the light, one must encourage every spark of goodness and hope in the human spirit--preserve the glimmer, the vigilance and strength to fight the ever growing mass of darkness. If we continuously seek light in self awareness and grace and courage and abandon, perhaps only then can the Spirit free us and move by processes we can never really comprehend.:smile:
