Have you ever really looked at a grilled cheese sandwich. The cheese in the middle gets hot and then just melts all over. The more cheese the more drips. After a while there is no controlling the cheese. I am a member of the sandwich generation. I have a husband, children, grandchildren, a mother and a dog all dependent on me in some form or another.
