The dog catcher for the city of westland has been harrassing me for the last couple of months. I have moved into my new house just a few months ago the dog catcher came by my house to take my dogs while i was gone. Asked him why is he taking them and could not come up with a reason, just that he is taking them. me not knowing my rights because he had two police officers with him I got the dogs out and he took them.
