This is such a beautiful place with so much wildlife. There are areas that at certain times of the yr have several thousand bald eagles at one time(Like no other place on Earth). The US government has been waisting our tax dollars clearcutting these forests and leaving the trees where they have fallen to rot.
The Forest service plans on building 1,065 miles of timber roads through the Tongass over the next ten years. Vote against this!
