Hi everyone,

 My name is Shawn and I have heard about this site from my massage therapist, Don, who is a friend of Steve. I am in a wheelchair and also partially sighted (this is his caregiver writing, Roch).

I have been interested about health issues (as I have some of my own) and taking care of them for a long time; especially about dieting and keeping the weight down since exercise is not easely possible.

I am very interested in what this site has to offer and hope to hear from everyone, maybe those that are in the same situation as I am.

I am trying to meet and network with other people and love to get involved in community efforts. I am also trying to become a more spiritual person and I want, or would gladly love, to help in any way that I can in helping people achieve a greater sense of overall wellness.
