I am writing my first blog here to introduce myself really.
I am a 47 yr old mother and widow from Northern Minnesota.
My 5 kids and 5 grandkids are the Most Important thing in my Life!
I love life and I love people and I love to help others get and stay healthy naturally!
Losing my husband a year ago, to a terminal disease that maybe could have been prevented has made me very passionate about our health and wellness, and staying healthier naturally with the gifts from this earth that God gave us!
