The HSUS Praises Federal Agencies’ Cooperation in Developing Non-Animal Toxicity Testing Method
Posted On 03/13/2008 16:46:20 by breadmaster

I was very excited to read this article ( http://www.hsus.org/press_and_publications/press_releases/the_hsus_praises_federal_cooperat ion_for_humane_testing_021408.html ) about a new shift away from animal testing procedure in biochem/genetics/pharmaceutical industry. While the new Non-Animal Toxicity Testing Methods will be firmed up and become the next standard industry practice within ten years -- a new procedure that'll cost less than traditional animal testing and is just as effective -- there are already organizations that currently support and practice non-animal methods for toxicity testing.

The site below is an exemplary organization that does just that:

For the honorable souls who are reading this (whether you are working in an industry that tests on animals or not), could you help forward this information to those who have the decision making authority or those with influence in your company or organizations (as well as sharing this with your coworkers and friends to bring about awareness of the sufferings through animal testing and alternatives currently available) so we can end all the unnecessary pains and tortures that humans force upon our animal brothers and sisters? I believe that together, we can make a difference in realizing heaven on Earth and suffering for none.
