Practice makes a man perfect. But too much of practicing of a
same thing can make your life mundane and eventually you might
loose interest in that activity. The same holds true in a
fitness regime. If you keep on following a fixed exercising
pattern, subsequently your vigor will be lost.

Recently, treadmills have found a gear in the market, as more
and more people are realizing its benefits. But as said above,
following a constant workout program can take away all your
interest in exercising. So the need of the hour is to make it
fun, rather than a simple lame exercising routine. You need to
include a variety in your treadmill exercising. And the best
thing that you can include is the pattern of jumping intervals
that will surely make your fitness routine enjoyable, day by
day.

But before incorporating jumping intervals in your treadmill
exercising, it is necessary for you to understand the true
essence of the pattern and your requirements. With inclusion of
one-minute interval jumping sessions during a regular workout,
you can enjoy colossal benefits. They will do everything for
you- from increasing your heart rate to making your muscles
active.

Like any other exercise, there is a procedure that needs to be
followed, if you are thinking of incorporating interval jumping
in your treadmill workouts. Before starting with it, understand
its pros and cons. There are certain things that you should keep
in mind while having a treadmill session. They are speed,
posture, the time limit and interval sessions. Keeping these
things in mind you can enjoy benefits you have been craving for.

You should always start slow and try to keep your hands off
from the machine during the initial few seconds of your workout.
After speed, the next important thing is your posture. Try to
stand erect, always. Now to begin jumping intervals, start
hopping at a slow pace for the initial 15 seconds. Try to keep
your arms by your sides in a bent format so that they do not hit
the machine while you are jumping. After sometime increase your
hopping speed and try to swing your arms in a regular pattern.

Another important thing to take care of is that you should not
exceed a particular jumping session for more than 15 seconds.
Anything exceeding that can do you no good than harm.
