Its all about a race in this fast paced life. Who wins and who loses. Its not about who goes to heaven or hell and whats right or wrong. We are forgetting one big thing in all of this confusion.

 

Whats important to you now may not be important to you ten years down the road. Of course priorities change, people change and the everything around you changes but thats not a good enough excuse for the fact that you might be putting in too much effort on something that may not be of any value later on.

 

I think we are all so engrossed in ourselves all the time. Have you stopped for a second to appreciate the beauty thats around you. Does it touch you to see your baby smile everytime you make a funny sound or make faces. DO you feel the breeze on your face on a windy day or the summer sun on a scorching bright day?

 

 

A nice place to offer to help is within the Senior Citizen community. Sometimes older people are living alone without a family member near them. They like it if you offer to move boxes that they can't lift, or if you offer to grab an extra loaf of bread for them while you are down at the store.
