Who Knows About Headaches?

I have a very close friend who is under an extreme - extreme - extreme amount of stress right now with multiple issues all going on at once. For the last few months she's been suffering from migrains that seems to start at the shoulders and then go up the neck to explode in the brain.

Does anybody here know how to kill a headache without aspirins or other pills involved? Relaxation techniques don't seem to work because she can not calm down enough in her mind over the problems to ever totally relax. Ideas?

Thanks everybody! Catherine

Hi Catherine

I have quite a few people drinking mangosteen juice for headaches, and they have gotten relief with there migrains.

Also, Xango gives you an overall sense of well being when you drink it. For me it definitly helped with my stress. I was taking so much xanax I was like a zombie and that was not the way to handle stress. It just made things worse.
But the juice helped me get off the xanax and just feel better. It's Amazing Stuff!

I've helped quite a few women that were very stressed and depressed as well. I have seen great results! You're friend may want to try Xango!

I wouldn't feel right if i didn't at least tell you about it. If your friend would like more  information and a sample i would be happy to send it to her. I can't make any promises, but it might be worth a try!

Thank you Lynne :)

I've just sent your info. off to her. My poor buddy needs something. Maybe this is it? I hope. She's jogging daily between multiple family emergencies and under way too much stress. I'd really like to help her feel a little better if I can. I'll get back to you in our site emails after I've heard back from her. Thank You!!!

MY SISTER SUFFERS FROM MIGRANES. YOUR FRIENDS SEEM ALOT WORSE BUT IT CANT HURT TO TRY. ITS TIME CONSUMING BUT IT DOES WORK. WHAT I DO FOR HER IS I MASSAGE HER SCALP AND ACTUALLY LIFT THE SKIN UP BY HER HAIR. NO I DONT RIP IT OUT BUT BELIVE IT OR NOT YOUR SCALP DOES HAVE SOME STRETCH TO IT. ITS NOT REALLY ABOUT PULLING UP SO MUCH BUT ROCKING THE SKIN SIDE TO SIDE GENTLEY AND THIS SEEMS TO STIMULATE MORE BLOOD TO THE BRAIN AND HELPS HER. HOWEVER I HAVE SAT AND DONE THIS WITH HER FOR COUPLE OF HOURS BEFORE THE MIGRANE WENT AWAY. BUT IT DID GO AWAY DRUG FREE. HOPE YOUR FRIEND FINDS RELIEF !!!

Thank you Steven :) I'll ship that right off. She's not in a position to get a lot of rest with more than one family member close to dying and related caretaking, health care, family business, home, and varied other problems... "mega-stress" to the max. She'll be very happy with magnesium! We haven't tried exploring that one yet. Thank you!!! Catherine

Hi Catherine,

I am really sorry to hear about your friend suffering.  Hopefully this information will help you:)

It is most commonly thought that migraines are brought on any of the following: poor diet, stress, dehydration, exhaustion and fatigue.
It is very important to look after your health by eating lots of healthy foods, drinking plenty of fresh pure water, meditating or relaxing, getting
energy balancing treatments or body massage.
Aromatherapy can also be a great tool in reliving migraine headaches.  I would suggest to blend  the following pure essential oils in a 10 ml. clean bottle.  Top it up with pure sesame oil and get your friend to massage it into her neck, shoulders, and temple.  She can do this as often as she wants.  I would suggest before she is going to bed, before and after a bath, before meditation/ quite time and if she feels a migraine coming on.

8 Drops of pure Lavender oil, 3 drops Peppermint oil and 3 drops Chamomile oil.

I am sending light, happiness and blessings to you and your friend.  Please let me know if you have any questions:)

Thank you SpaGirl :)

I don't think that she's tried anything like this yet. I will go ship her the recipe instantly. Yep, that list of causes are probably exactly what is bringing these headaches on. But, when there's no time to cook or sleep right while keeping up with a healthy amount of chores every day, there's not a lot anybody can do to change things. My poor buddy...

I appreciate your help very much. I want to do so much for this good friend, but she's too far away. The best I can do is to just try to keep coming up with ideas on how to make a little bit of this nightmare go away for her.

Happy Thoughts to You! Catherine
