8-8-08 is an interesting date to look at for me today. Back when I was a child, I was taught that different numbers had different spiritual powers by the special woman who raised me. I do not "do" numerology on a regular basis, but did do today's date because it caught my eye. This informaion was a little bit fun for me to put together, and I'm only posting it so that others can have a little fun reading it if they'd like. Enjoy!

The number 8 alone (in a positive way) normally represents power, business, material possessions or success, and a justice received from power to rule over another. Numbers sometimes have negative values too, which can make an 8 a work-a-holic nature that will never have time for anything except their own money goals.

But, 888 is different than a straight number 8. This 888 is a special number.

Most people have heard that the numbers 666 when used together are evil in nature. Back on June 6, 2006 we had quite a few nervous people in the news wondering if that day would be something bad. 888 is the opposite of 666. These numbers are used together to depict a very good higher power.

Now, here’s where this gets interesting for those of us who look at numbers:

OVERALL: We have a no-nonsense business minded 8 running the global day, while the best possible guardian numbers are there also. This is a completely unusual set of circumstances. Big business and higher spirituality normally do not walk hand-in-hand.  

(My guess is that maybe spirituality and business are mixing at the start of the global Olympics today and that we’ll maybe see something noteworthy in the news related to this somehow? This is just a guess. It’ll be fun to see if I’m guessing right.)  

PERSONALLY: Today’s date means nothing to any of us personally, until we add in our own number patterns from day of birth, name, and so on. Which is how number watchers can tell you things suited to just your situation.
