Global Warming: Sun Set Record In August
I was just reading an article from DailyTech; I guess that our sun set a new record last month. It did not have ANY solar flares go off. This is the first time that this has happened in over 100 years and is considered to be a rare event.
The climatologists believe that the magnetic activity causing the solar flares on the sun also affects our climate. Over the last 1,000 years whenever the sun quits making flares, we have seen rapid cooling here on earth. Is this the reason that my fall arrived about 4-weeks too early? I’m sure curious about these missing flares last month.
A few months back, some scientists claimed that the sun would slow down in its activity and that would lead us into an ice age. They weren’t believed, and the beginning news stories on this issue seemed to disappear. In this article from DailyTech, they mention some of these slowing down science studies.
