Can someone suggest a good supplement? I need one for B12. Is a multi-vitamin better to take?

I put a picture of The Perfect B supplement up in the gallery under products. I relly like this one it's a liquid and it tastes just like peanut butter! It's avaiable at Safeway or at safeway.com.

I like the B-complex multi- pills. I know they have lots of goodies in them because your urine is a nice yellow color. That could mean that my body hasn't absorbed the nutrients and is getting rid of them. Hmmmm.... I still think that the B-vitamins helped me though...I used to take megadoses, but have slowed back down. I'll check up on the absorption of the vitamins...to see which form, liquid or pills, is better.

Oh...by the way...you may want to stay away from the general multivitimins. Some have Iron that may cause you to become constipated. Also..think about this...the suggested doses are for a normal size healthy person. If you have an illness or are wanting to avoid illness, you may want to up the dose a little of whatever supplements you are taking. The exceptions are few, but don't take too much Vit A. Check out colloidal trace minerals too.

Need a good B12 vit, blood test showed B12 extreme drop, memory is already effected. Doc wants to re check blood incase of lab error. Rather doubt that, i know it's my diet..or lack of.    Thank you, Veggier
