I need something to reduce my blood pressure, I do not want to take medications that will just cause other issues. I know that there is natural things out there but where do I start and what do I trust.

Hello my friend,

Strategies to lower your blood pressure naturally include the following:

1. A diet mostly of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and nuts.

Click the following link for an E-book on "How To Be A Healthy Vegetarian"

This E-book is even helpful for those who consume meat, but would like to enjoy healthier lives by eating less meat.

2. Sauna therapy.

3. Stress Management.

4. Meditation.

5. Stop Smoking (if you do smoke).

6. Limit Alcohol Consumption.

7. Decrease sodium intake.

8. Regular Exercise.

9. Add a magnesium supplement.

10. Loose weight if you are over weight.

All of these recommendations will help with weight management.

The more of these that you implement the healthier you will be

To your health and happiness!

I exercise and eat healthy. My blood pressure is still a little high. I heard of a product called hyperexol I think it is and it is a natural way to reduce blood pressure. I wonder has anyone ever tried taking hyperexol and had success?

I have looked up hyperexol and it seems to good to be true. Something natural that can lower your blood pressure. I dunno about that. I would seem like you would need some kind of medications for it to lower that much. Anyone ever seen results with it?

Blood pressure is something that you don't want to mess with to much. I agree with finding something natural and I went searching to find something. I came across hyperexol and thought it was to good to be true and expensive. I wanted to try it though cause I didn't want to take medications. I ordered it and it seem to take forever to get to me but when it did I started taking it and within about two weeks I just noticed that I felt better. I have a doctors appointment in a few weeks and that will mark three months that I have been taking it so we will see what he has to say. God Bless.

I have taken hyperexol now for about two months now. It seems to be lower my blood pressure and that excites me. I have an appoitment with my doctor next month and I will know for sure how well it is working. I hope that it has worked well enough to keep me off of medications. I have also changed my lifestyle quite a bit I am eating healthier and exercising more.
