The vibrational frequencies resonate throughout your whole body relieving pain & stress and the sounds you listen to on headphones work with Alpha, Theta & Delta brainwaves to bring you to a more relaxed state of mind. Oxygen: The Chi Machine will give you a therapeutic full body massage that increases your circulation and oxygenates your body for a body that can better heal itself. It's also great as a passive exercise. 15 minutes on the Chi Machine is equivalent to a one-hour brisk walk. Light: The HotHouses emit safe, healing rays that provide deep relaxing warmth, increasing circulation and improving recovery from injuries.
