Often we don't live in the moment because we are so caught up or distracted with our surroundings. If you shift your attention from worrying about the future to living in the present, a lot can be achieved!! It's about taking one day at a time, and living it consciously.

My passion is spreading awareness about health and wellness and that I do by writing articles. I like to bring positive changes in people's lives by making them see things in a different light.

Losing weight is on everybody's mind. Looking good with clothes on is easy. You can use a corset top or a basque to get that hour glass shape...all good only for a temporary fix though. Lets get to the real thing. Your body without clothes is what we are talking about.

There are ways to get into shape. Plastic surgery to name one. Thats a bit expensive and not everybody can afford. The other is through exercise. Men and Women who are fit not only have ample confidence, a positive self image but also look way younger than their age.
