Liquid and Food Recommendations For Healthy Living
The following are only a few suggestions for healthy living.
For an in depth look at these and many more Life Enhancement strategies be sure to watch the Life Dynamix System on DVD
Liquids to Drink
Drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of filtered water a day preferably in glass containers. Plastics can leach toxins into the
water you drink. Phthalates and Bisphenol A are hormone-disrupting chemicals found in plastics used for bottled water.

Juicing fresh fruits and vegetables with a juicer is a great way to get an abundance of nutrients and live enzymes into you
r system. The pasteurized juices in stores are devoid of many of the fruit and vegetable’s natural nutrients, and contain
no live enzymes.
Liquids to Limit
Coffee
Alcohol
Liquids to Avoid
Diet Pops – They contain toxic aspartame (NutraSweet)
Soda Pop – The carbonation leaches minerals from the body.
Healthy Foods to Eat
Include a wide variety of organic fruits, vegetables whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and sprouts in your daily diet.
The combination of these foods have a net alkaline effect which is positive for good cellular health.
Include some “live foods” in your daily diet. These are enzyme rich raw fruits, vegetables, and sprouts.
The Super foods
Organic Oatmeal
Rice Bran is Packed with antioxidants and healthy fiber.
Spirulina - A blue green algae filled with complete absorbable protein, DNA, chlorophyll, and b vitamins.
Choose whole foods over processed foods. Most processed foods are acidic.
Eating Habits
Eat smaller meals more frequently to help keep your metabolism and blood sugar levels in a healthy range. For all meals,
include a fruit and a vegetable. To assist in digestion and for the brain to process the information that you are no longer
hungry, chew food slowly and thoroughly in a relaxed environment.
Foods to Limit
(Progressively eliminate these from your diet.)
Processed flours, sugars, high fructose corn syrup, canned foods, and table salt.
Dairy products are inflammatory and artery scarring. A good alternative is milk and cheeses from goat. Goat milk is better
tolerated, less inflammatory and unlike cow’s milk leaves an alkaline ash as opposed to an acidic ash. An interesting fact
is that a newborn calf is not able to survive on the homogenized and pasteurized cow’s milk available in stores.
Foods and Additives to Avoid
Red meats - Red meats produce an acid ash in the body creating sick cells. The protein is hard to digest robbing your body
of enzymes and energy. Prepared meats also contain Advanced Glycation End Products (AGES) that can increase the risk
of stroke and many other problems. Cured meats have nitrates and other harmful substances.
Fried Foods
The following food additives:
The sweeteners Aspartame (NutraSweet), Saccharin, Sucralose
Hydrogenated and Partially Hydrogenated Oils
Olestra
MSG and Free Glutamic Acid the bad stuff in MSG.
